I have send a notification to MTN SP to terminate my Contract on 26/03/2013 to [Email Removed] and also to [Email Removed] but till today no one responded, the email send on 26/03/2013 gave me a report that it was read. I also lodged a complaint in their website with ref MTNREQ:2014704 but still no one responded. The only thing that I got was a call to query returned debit order on 18/04/2013. I would like to know who is going to pay the outstanding balance because if the should have terminated the contract by the time I gave notice there wouldn't be any returned debit order. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MTN.
