I Gave ADT notice of termination of contract before the seventh of april as I was advised by there call centre. I faxed it through and emailed it to them twice and have proof of their receipt thereof and sent a copy of cancellation of debit order and told them to do the same on their side. This was ignored and they processed my debit order regardless! What must one do to get you people to cancel the debit order on the contract.! I left adt because they are so expensive and their service slack and then one day before my contract is due to terminate, they phone me and offer me a better deal! of course I have already signed a contract with Bestsecure for half the price! PLEASE CANCEL THE DEBIT order as perf my letter of termination or I am seeking legal advice!
