Incorrect debit of my account and no response

I sent an email to Helena-Marie Liebenberg requesting that my account be terminated at the end of my contract term. The email was sent 30 days in advance to the end of the contract and i provided enough time as notice of end of contract. Next thing my account is debited by virgin active post my contract period. I investigate only to find that she didnt cancel my account which means i am still contracted to virgin active without my consent. I have been phoning her and emailing her since last week Thursday 01/08/2013 and she has not returned any of my calls after leaving her messages nor has she responded to any of my emails. SO much for keeping clients happy. I would like to get my money refunded and this contract terminated as I stipulated in an email i sent her on 29 June 2013. This is very upsetting.
