Contract was cancelled 3 Months ago!!

I cancelled my contract with weava cell on the 9th July 2013. I first sent an email to which they responded with a form which I needed to fill in and send back. I did this and sent a responding email saying that the form has been faxed, could they please inform me when the debit order will be cancelled on my account, to which they NEVER responded. That month a debit order went off, I figured it was okay as I did have to give 30 days notice. The next month (August) another debit order went off. I then contact weave cell via email telling them that according to my knowledge the debit order should no longer be going off. Kamo responded to my email (very distastefully) telling me that the contract only ends the end of August therefore it is my last debit order. This month when I went in on my banking, surprise surprise, they have once again deducted a debit order!! This is absolutely ridiculous! There is one lady by the name of Annelize that is trying to help me, the rest of the people are telling me (because I lost the emails) they can't help me!!! I am fed up with Weave Cell, and feel I need to get an attorney to attend to this matter!
