Contract cancelled but debit order continues

On 7 July 2011, I took out a 24 month data contract (i5promo).

On 17 April 2013, Tarryn Fredericks emailed my, saying that I should email [Email Removed] if I which to cancel the contract at the end of 24 monts.

On 31 May 2013, I emailed [Email Removed] to cancel the contract.

On 10 June 2013, I went to the Menlyn branch and gave you written notice, just in case you did not receive the email.

During July 2013, I did not receive an invoice.

On 31 July 2013 TM ran a debit order against my account for R199.

Please stop taking money from my account. The contract is cancelled!
