We got a notice to upgrade from cell c last week have been tryin to upgrade since saturday on Monday went to
game in beacon bay, they were helpful but offline, they referred us to Vincent, there we were told its going to take an hour, after the hour we went back only to be told they were offline. Tuesday we went cell c at game in King Williamstown, they lady seem to know what she was doing and told us to use up our airtime before activating, between two phones we had more than R300. We used up the time calling everyone we know oversees. Yesterday we were told that we have to come back today, upgrades were done but we received no time or data or anything else. We were told that it would take about an hour, well it is 7 hours now and still nothing. What is wrong with cell c/ I personally sat there when this lady spoke to them just to be switched from one to the other and eventually the call was dropped. If this is the type of service we get we may as well not have cell phones.
