Selling a wrong product

I bought a Internet device called a Dongle, of which I said just that to the employees of Vodacom in Southgate mall, they then gave me a micro-dongle, I didn't't notice this till I went back home to fit it into my sim card and realised it's too small, I then went back to the store to info them of this mistake, they then proceeded in telling me they can't take it back because it's opened, I said I have never bought this product before and so I assumed this was the right product, I then went back immediately to the shop to info them and now they are saying its my fault I bought the wrong good..

The same day I was given a number to the Manager of the store Mr Callie Jacob's to call him and speak to him at first he denied that he had this product in his store because he didn't know what I was talking about, then after some explaining he then said I can come to his shop the following day to exchange it, the following day I arrived at 15h45 and he then said he has left his shop to do other errands at other Vodacom stores locally, this pattern of him avoiding me happened four days in a row.
