NEW NOTEBOOK, NO PRODUCT KEY PROVIDED

We have 4 contracts by Vodacom and we took them all out by Vodacom 4 U in Brits Mall, recently we decided to take out a 5th contract where we would get an HP notebook etc. The notebook came with an installed Windows 8 programme, we were informed at the shop that the product key, that we need to activate windows, will be found in the box, well it was not, we informed them and they said that we must buy the product key, I contacted Vodacom Data and they said that the shop should've provided us with one, if the notebook does not have one they will have to provide either the product key or they must give us a new notebook that has the licensed card on with the key. We took the notebook back to them and they said that we had to leave it there and after 2 days we eventually got it back with them telling us where the product key, well the number they gave is invalid and we still have a notebook that we can only use for internet and nothing else. This kind of service is not acceptable and I would like Vodacom to sort this out as a matter of urgency.
