My mom went to vodacom to exchange her talking points for a phone for me, she went there to get an LG L5 or L3, they told her it was out of stock and will take a special order to get the phone and pushed her into getting a nokia 202 as it was the 'better' phone according to them, its no suprise that i didnt like the phone as i already have a similar one, she then took it back the same day for a phone that they will have to make a special order for, they refused to exchange it, the phone wasnt even used, still is not used, now iam stuck with a phone that i dont like all because they were out of stock for a phone that was on the points list, why put a phone thats not there and get peoples hopes up for nothing? This is clearly a rip off, we should be allowed to exchange the phone seeing that they are the ones who pushed her into getting the phone claiming it was the 'better' phone and she took it back the same day without it being used.
