Slack and bad feedback for refund!

I bought a 3G Dongle at Telkom, Walmer for R399 with a friends credit card and was notified that if I am not satisifed with the product or if it does not work I must return it within 7 days as I will recieve a full refund immediately. After going home and discovering my 8ta sim card did not work with the dongle because there were apparent internet issues on new 8ta sim cards during that time. I then returned the dongle after 6 days of having it, bearing in mind that I would receive my refund back. The woman at the store notified me that she couldnt refund me at the time becasue I had bought the dongle on a credit card and this credit card belongs to a friend who is now back in the UK. So she had to speak to her head office to find out how a refund could be done without the card, I was prepared to wait and leave my number with her, hoping to have an answer within the next few days. But it has been almost TWO weeks and I have had no answer from them. Its quite ironic how a telephonic and internet based company can't phone their customers back!

If this does not resolve in the next week I will take it further. I mean come on, R399 is money of your customers which YOU do not own anymore!
