Poor Service and Incompetent Manage

I bought the galaxy note 10.1 on contract at the Mall @ Reds Centurion, Vodacom shop in January 2013. When my invoice came it indicated it as a laptop installment. I called the shop and indicated that the misrepresentation of the product that I bought creates a problem with my employer as I already have a laptop. I was sent from pillar to post everyone saying that is how Vodacom presents their tablets as Laptops and they see nothing wrong in that. Eventually I went back to the store manager Johan and told him that I bought from your store and you cant be sending me around you need to give me a letter for my employer indicating that I bought a tablet not a Laptop. He agreed that it was possible and he will do it same day. It has been three weeks waiting for the letter, I called again today Vodacom customer care and they connected me to the arrogant, Johan, he said he handed my request over to his admin department and never cared to follow-up and still waiting for their response and took down my details. And today he also tells me I must bear in mind that the letter with be on his franchise letterhead not Vodacom as they are a franchise, .appalled about the incompetence!!!
