Faulty Device, bought online

I bought two Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition Tablets from your online store (prepaid).
They were delivered on (31/01/2014) at 16:00, but one tablet is faulty, the wifi does not turn on.

I took the tablet to the vodacom shop in Clearwater mall to be exchanged but they refused and said that they can only send it in, and i will be able to receive it back within 5 working days as the tablet was not purchased with them. I spoke to Andre Engelbrecht there.

I feel this is unacceptable, as at the back of the invoice it clearly states that if it is an OBF (Out of box failure) I can take it to any vodacom shop to be exchanged.

I spoke to Bonto Mutaung on the phone from you telephonic support and she just said i must mail the e-shop support email, i was willing to go to vodaworld to get this sorted, but she said they will not be able to help me.
Thus far nobody has contacted me regarding this.

I would like this sorted out as soon as possible, as I cannot use the product for what it was intended for and Vodacom is not keeping to their promise as stated on the back of their invoices.
