Please can someone explain to me why doing a Sim swap from a normal sim card to a nono sim card with an upgrade at MTN festival Mall store takes 2 days??? Is the consultant Daphne, Incompetent that she did not log the details to do the sim swap accurately on her system therefore it was not done within 2 - 24 hours as promised. Why did I have to call MTN technical twice to find out what is the issue, and then only was Incompetent "Daphne" informed that she had not done her job properly... I am really upset that I had to call many times to Incompetent "Daphne" to follow up why was the job of the Incompetent "Daphne" was not done correctly. Is this the norm of all MTN consultants, She also deactivated the current account/BIS so that service was not operation while I am still waiting for the Sim swap to be done... So am I expected to pay for the days that I did not have access to an account of mine? I don't think so... Get your act together festival Mall MTN and sort this out. Also she has the audacity to say that I can bring the phone in and return it if I am not happy. WOW what great customer server MTN is instilling in their consultants - NOT.
