I had an accident on the 01/03/2013, where the driver crashed into the right side of my car. Budget claim consultants where very helpful, my car was towed, panelbeaters where found and all was in order.
M y case was then referred to Daphne, Daphne never answers my calls, I dont get feedback about what is going on with my car.
I have had to contact the panelbeaters myself and was told that the parts for my car were received last week Monday on 11/03/2013.
I keep on calling the panelbeater (TC Panelbeaters) and I am still being told that my car has not been fixed.
I requested on Thursday (after calling for Daphne and not finding her again) that I find my own panelbeaters to fix my car. I was told that Daphne will call me back, its Monday 18/03/2013 and she still she has not called me back. I called her at 9:30 today and she said she will call me back, still no call back. Icalled again at 14:30 and still no Daphne.
I am very frustrated at the kind of service I am getting this person and all I want is for my car to be fixed so I can be on my way.
