Dear Peter,
As an mtn customer, may the first was my upgrade date and I did go to make it.
When I got home I realised that the tablet which I took as my upgrade did not play videos. I did therefore take it back as I was still within 7 days. When I got there I was told that there is no stock to swap my unit with and I had to book it in and wait for the stock.
After a couple of days i was called and told that I won't be able to get a new unit as i did not include the manual in the box.
Out of panic I checked in my house and found nothing. A week later I decided to go back and take it as it is. When I got home I found the manual in the box underneath all documents which I submitted.
Just because of a incompetent sales agent who did not check the box now I am told that I can't return the unit as its after 7 days.
Peter please help.
