Tired of Telkom Service SLOW ADSL

I've been experiencing terrible slow speeds on my 1mb ADSL line, for the past couple of weeks and telkom are quick to blame the service providers when in actual fact the root cause is them with their 3rd grade ADSL lines. They quick to mention my high attenuation readings but thats a load of because i had those readings since i started using ADSL, and my speeds were good. Also give me solutions not reconfirming what I already know!

For the past couple of weeks I'vve been gettings speeds of 0.15mb 0 .23 mb on a 1 Mb line!!!
Ive logged a called with Telkom ref 224BRK100413 6 days ago and still no repsonse.
Speed durng peak times is non-existant ..but this was not the case few weeks back before the problem started. My neighbours all seem to have good speeds meaning theres an issue with my line. Come on Telkom im paying you for a service, please sort this ASAP!!!
