How difficult can it be?
Surely I am not the first person to take FNB up on their smart device offer by means of a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and at the same time request a SIM swap? (I want to retain my current Vodacom number to their Cell C service Provider).
FNB reckon I must put in the new SIM card and then ask Cell C to do the SIM swap, Cell C reckon I should not put in the SIM card yet as they must do a SIM swap first?
Suddenly the buck gets passed from here to there an no-one seems to know how or what to do.
It's been almost a week and people do not get back to me and simply say they have sent an E-ail to head office as they do not have a direct contact number...
In the mean time I have to keep taking the phone along with me in case they want me to change sim cards etc. and I got the phone for the wife.
Come now FNB as a new client I suggest you get your act together and find someone that can sort it out for me, someone has phoned but never got back again as promised.
