Daphne is an extremely friendly, professional and efficient employee. I had the pleasure of dealing with her during an extremely difficult time, an accident is terrible on its own and having to deal with insurance claims and queries, panel beater ect, but Daphne made my experience all the more easy with her friendly manners and her 'always willing to help attitude', she deserves five stars for her effort in make this experience a smooth one. I am so grateful for everything she has done and would accolade her for being so good at what she does... thank you Daphne.
