8ta only responds after a month!!!

I opened a contract from 8ta, The sales assistant that was helping me opened the incorrect contract and then she cancelled it and opened up the correct one. I opened up this contract in December and I was charged a cancellation fee off R800 for something I DID NOT EVEN DO. IT WAS THE COMPANIES FAULT, I look at it as lack of training. I had complained in the month of march just after the 25th. They said that they will repay me but until this day they did not even say anything only yesterday when I went for the 5th time to complain did they even send me a message of repayment. It took them almost four weeks to respond almost a month and still they told me to wait 7-10 working days for the money to reflect. Who are they to take my money for their own employees mistakes. What is going to be done for this inconsiderate act, They take money as they please and when the time comes to give it back we must wait.US THE CUSTOMER THAT PAYING THEIR SALARIES. This shows what us as customer means to a company called 8ta. Totally disappointed and disgusted with this something needs to be done!!!
