Complain on cancellation and incompetence

Im very DISAPPOINTED at 8ta/ telkom mobile in a manner i have been treated to cancell my contract. I have been tryng to cancel the contract since the 26th of April 2013 till today its the 3rd of Sepetember no one is doing anything about it. sent email to [Email Removed] and Felicia Mukeri forwarded my email to Nadine Mutangana and retention department on the 27th of April but nothing has been done. I called and emailed every month to remind them of this and they read my mail an do nothing. I opened a case 6387553 but still the contract is not cancelled. I spoke to people like Thandiwe, Sfiso who told me to wait for 21 days BUT till today nothing happened. I even spoke and forwarded my emails to the Supervisor by the name of Terrence and still nothing is been done. I reversed the transaection and blocked it on my bank account and guess what, a new po was created to deduct money from my account. Today on the 3rd of September i caleld again and spoke to the team leader by the name of Thabang who told me its either I go to a telkom mobile shop nearby or go on their internet an fill the cancellation form, apart from that HE CANT DO ANYTHING for me. VERY DISSAPOINTING
