Unprofessional behavior

I was admitted to Swartland. The doctor at Emergency was great. But in the ward, the night staff on the second night was bitchy and unprofessional. They did not introduce themselves at the beginning of their shift. Their manner of speaking to me as a patient was horrible. I was in pain. One nurse shouted at me, "The panados will work." Who is she to decide for me what kind of pain I am in? Swartland, teach your nurses manners.
