8ta / Telkom Mobile

I opened a contract with 8ta when you first started out for some reason then I had 3 accounts opened under my name. I fought with 8ta for over a year and it finally got it right. Now at the beginning of march I was debited 2 amounts and the one is not my account so I reversed it at the bank. Now today 19th March 8ta has suspended my account and I must wait 72 hours before this is dealt with - this is so why must I pay for you stuff up??? I got told by the service agents now that I should of not reversed but gone to the police and got an affiliated which I have done and they would investigate I did that the first time round and I waited for ever for my money its my money, I pay you what I owe why must I pay for someone else who can phone and carry on and get off Scot free?? AT THIS POINT I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT!!!
