Not happy with service

I was given the wrong info when i went for my upgrade. the sales man @ centurion just wanted a sale so gave me the wrong package, which didn't't suit my needs as i am a sales rep on the road. i went to vodaworld and spoke to Raymond (manager) and he was very helpful and assisted me with no issues. he reversed the contract and set the old one in motion and gave me a 100 free sms's for the inconvenience caused by the sales man. my account he said will be refunded as i was billed for things that was not supposed to be. till now i have had no refund and no response from Raymond and i have phoned and left messages on his cell phone which he gave me on the second visit to VODAWORLD.i am not blaming Raymond i am just off with the bad service. when you get your bill it must be paid straight away or they cut your phone service, but when it comes to rebates they just don't care. people just take it for granted and do nothing. This all started in November 2012. thank you.
