I wanted to purchase a new contract and the system was having different issues. Raymond continued trying and when it failed again he would call back every day for 3 days until we got the answers that we needed. He went so far as to contact IT and other departments (where in other situations other consultants tell you to go call them yourself then you are put on hold, transferred to that department and the next and so forth, but not wit Raymond!). Raymond took it upon himself to sort out my issue. Plus, every time he said he would call back he made sure he did. He explained the process very well to me and was very patient. In the end it turned out that unfortunately it was my line that had an issue and could not be converted to contract for another month so I did not get what I wanted t that time but I was still very impressed by his determination and perseverance. It would be nice if more consultants were like that, going the extra mile an making sure we get to the bottom of things!
