I am so sick and tired of Vodacom!!! i went to vodaworld in Midrand this morning to the customer care centre spoke to Tshikane and Raymond who is supposed to be a senior, to ask them to change bank details on my account. still after 3 hours of waiting it could not be done, then they gave me a contact number to ring later to confirm, as i ring the number no one answers, i phone vodaworld them selves still there is no answer. then i phone 082111 / 114 speak to the customer service only for them to tell me it cant be done. for sake i just want to change bank detail on my account. the service I'm getting is ridiculous, can someone help me!!!
