In January 2012 I obtained a data contract for R229.00 per month. I later discovered that Vodacom was in fact deducting R489.00 per month. In June this year I visited Vodaworld to query this which began my journey of dealing with the most incompetent individuals I have ever come across in my lifetime. The first individual Amir Abrahams assured me he would settle the issue, 2 weeks later when following up, he had no recollection of the issue at all. I returned to Vodaworld on the 4th July where I dealt with Shakur Hamed who once again assured me he would resolve the issue, after not receiving feedback, I followed up to find he was on leave and that Raymond was sorting it out. I went back to Vodaworld where the Manager Babs assured me Raymond was dealing with it and he confirmed a refunded of R4940.00 approved on the 30th August. To date I have not received any money. Raymond has not responded to any calls/messages and the person who approved it is on sick leave for 6 weeks. I am disgusted with the lack of communication and poor service received in trying to resolve this. Babs' bad management, has created incompetent staff unable to resolve a simple issue, which is totally pathetic!
