Dissatisfaction of Service Rendering

On the 6th of may 2013, i phoned Hyundai alberton to report the problem of my car Hyundai i20 with registration number zdd 634.gp, i spoke to the guy by the name of Raymond and explained to him that my car is having a funny sound, Raymond then asked me to bring the car on Wednesday of which i did, Raymond told me that should wait for a while for someone whose gonna drive around with me identify where problem might be. The guy came and Raymond told me that the guy is going to drive with me. I explained that should rather drive on the free way for himto can be able to hear the sound I'm complaining about and he heard the sound and reported to hearRaymond after the drive. Raymond then asked me when can i be able bring the car and i suggested the 10th of may, for him to put the car on the machine to identify the problem i left the car for the day and Raymond phoned me to fetch my car, he explained that it was a wheel barring and he will call me after they have purchased the part.it's now month since i have been waiting, I'm afraid to drive my car because now i don't know what wil happen whilst I'm driving.no reply until now.
