When I signed with CellC I was told I will have full signal and data coverage at mo home in Sundowner. At my home, I however have NO data and when I can make a call, the person cannot here me. I need to do support from home for my company and if I cannot get my data working, I will need to cancel my contract as I will get fired.
I logged a ticket 7 days ago after waiting 35 minutes to get hold of someone at the call center. I was promised to received feedback 24-48 hours later. Its not 7 days and still waiting. When I try and follow up via the cellc website, the website does not work. I need feedback TODAY as my boss is on my case!!!
