I had Telkom out to set me up with a modem at my residence on Wednesday,
installer plugged in what was necessary then left, leaving me to deal with activation and so forth...
Up till today (Friday 10/01/2014) I have spoken to 22 people in the billing and technical department,
NONE could sort out the problem. UNTIL I spoke to Raymond Tshabangu, It was LITERALLY under 2 minutes then everything was sorted, no problems what so ever. Raymond, I personally Thank You for your help and service, I promise you that if it was not for your brilliant help and positive attitude, I would have cancelled everything. To TELKOM: I advise you to look up to Raymond, and also to do something about the other "workers" that pretty much don't know SQUAT about adsl/account faults. I will continue using Telkom now, I am a VERY HAPPY customer. Thank You Raymond Tshabangu.
