Let me just say, that I am beyond impressed by the service I just received from your Consultant, Raymond Baccus. For the last week I have been misinformed by "other" banks, my time has been wasted and the result was inevitably that they did not deliver and I have been pushed around from pillar to post.
Then today I get a call from this gentleman who was so helpful, did everything telephonically, he gave me alternatives and understood my problem with time constraints. Most importantly he did exactly what I needed to have done! Nedbank has assisted me where the "others" have left me hanging in limbo! Like I said to Raymond, and I know I have said this before about Nedbank, they could learn a thing or two from you.
