This might sound crazy but it can happen to anyone. I got a blackberry Z10 on 28 March 2013 and left the shop around 18:00 hrs.l was suppose to call the MTN SP Insurance department to migrate my insurance from bold to Z10 .The following day was a holiday (Good Friday). However l tried to reach the insurace department without sucess in the morning.
The phone was around 13:00 hrs. Had the phone blaclisted a opened a police case. However my claim was declined, the reason: l did not informthem of the migration. The handset was within a space of 24 hrs. Been paying my insurance for the bold for the past two years .l will be paying for the next two years because l failed to get through the helpdesk. Only left with the box, charger, earphones and manuals.
