I'm so disappointed in Hollard, I actually feel like crying. I have a Hospital Cash Back Plan Hollard through Edgars since 2011 and never claimed once only until now. I have been a loyal Edgars client for the past 12years and only claimed on cellphone insurance. For the past year, I was in a bad financial state. No I'm wanting to claim and have been declined on reasoning that I never paid premium in the month that I was hospitalised. For 3 years I have been paying the policy and I get "your policy has been declined"!!!
I'm so furious, as how many other people are in my situation and have been paying for years and get told its been declined.
