Claim - Insurance cancelled

To whom it may concern,
My husbands phone was on the 6th of March 2013 (Blackberry Bold 9900 IMEI351503053610216/083 782 2993). I paid the premuim for March on the 7th of March and they confirmed not to pay for February.
My complaint is that they advised me on two accasions that the phone was covered for March 2013, Donovan said to us that the claim was approved by them on 19 March 2013 at 13H31 all of the sudden I received and email from Shamel Meyer whereby the contract has been cancelled, We've been paying our premuims for 2 years whereby every month they take the money via debitorder, and they still have the audacity to cancel our insurance via email and put us at risk for not been covered. Finrite says the date of payment was after the date of loss but they confirmed that it was covered.
