An upgrade that I contracted with Cell C on the 18 March @ 16:00 was initially wrongly migrated to an unwanted package. The package has been rectified, but the device has still not been received.
Consultants spoken to on the 11 and 15 April reported that the device had not been ordered and that they would escalate this. Till this day still no device or response on the upgrade.
