Itemised billing problem at call centre

Every month I receive an itemized bill via email from autopage cellular. This month they don't send me one and when I ask for one, they said I must send a letter to get itemized bills via email or go on my account pro and print it off there, problem one, they never informed me earlier of their changes. Problem 2 is that I don't have the printer facility to print it at home, so I need tl download it, put it on a memory card and print at work, so my account pro isn't gonna work as well cause you can't download it from my account pro. Later that evening I phoned the customers service department, a guy told me it's no problem, he'll send me now one. Hour later I phoned again, them and the lady told me I must write a letter with a choppy of my id and and and before a request can be done to send me my itemized bill. I tried the whole day to get hold of their supervisor, no luck, he doesn't phone me back or he's on the line the whole time.day. some also made my my account pro inactive during the day, so now I'm even more cause I can't access my itemized bill,
No one at autopage tells me the same story. Very bad service. I've made calls added up to 1hour20min, and no luck.
