Disappointed Again!

On the 14/03/13, i was contacted by Simphwe regarding my upgrade, after a few phone calls i decided on the phone i was going to upgrade to. I asked him on numerous occasions if i will need to pay any additional amounts be it for the device or anything else, he assured me that i will only need to pay R80.00 for the upgrade fee, my subscription will remain the same until the upgrade takes effect. I received my statement on the 18/03/13 to my suprise i was billed R110.00 for the device as well as the R80.00 and my normal subscription. Simphwe had advised me that i will start payin R279.00 for my new upgrade once its takes effective and gave me a break down of what that amount entails which included the device. I have sent Simphwe numerous of emails to ask about been billed for the device till today he has not bothered to contact me. He also assured me that i would receive my new phone by no later that Tuesday 19/03/13, i have not heard anything about the new phone or when i can expect it. I have a reference number for my call where he confirms i will not be charged now for the phone until the upgrade kicks in which i want to be listened to.
