Upgrade gone terribly wrong

Speaking to a consultant on 18 March at 16:00 for an upgrade, I was informed of a package that I was interested in. I requested to upgrade from an allweek 100 package to a Nokia 303 on a straight up 50 (topup) at R99.00 per month for 12 months. What I received was a migration to a straight up 200 package. This entails that I pay R100 more per month as well as I do not receive a handset.

After numerous attempts to rectify this starting on the 20 March when I noticed the mistake, still nothing has been resolved.

I do not want to be billed for something I did not request, nor do I want to be billed for minutes used on this new package when I had a perfectly healthy balance on the allweek 100 package.

I received the runaround from the 20 March, the 23 March as well as the 27 March. I also have only had the standard confirmation of receiving you complaint emails for 2 emails that I sent.

This is a pure breach of the contract that I telephonically entered into on the 18 March for an upgrade.
