Still waiting for feeddback for my query

I reported that my phone was ton the 28/01/2013 by fax, calling and unfortunately I did not have the EIM number to block the phone but my number was stopped. This week I reminded Cell C again about my query ref 3040901477 as I am still paying for this phone and the insurance, Ruth called and said she would call me back because she needed to speak to her manager and I have been waiting since and that was Tuesday.

Can someone call me BACK PLEASE!!!
