Handset missing between repair centre and store

I took out a contract with 8ta in Feb'13 for a blackberry 9790.On 21Aug'13, I took my phone in for repairs at the Westgate store, of which it was booked in. On 10Sep'13 I was contacted by the store to collect my phone, only to get there the following day and find a blackberry 9360 instead. Also, I received smses from the repair centre that my bb 9790 has been repaired and was send back to the store for collection. The representative, Bonginkosi told me that my phone might have been given to another customer and also the wrong IMEI number appears on the delivery notice from the repair centre under my name. He promised to email the repair centre and find out about the wrong IMEI number. On 13 Sep'13, Bonginkosi called me with feedback from the repair centre is that my bb9790 has been discontinued and cannot be repaired, but I received smses that repairs taking place. The second hand 9360 was send as a replacement for my 9790.I refused to accept it. Seems like between the store and the repair centre, my phone is missing. I called customer care, 180, who just referred me back to the store. So, now I'm being inconvenienced and must pay a contract for a phone that is missing and customer care is of no help
