On 27/01/ my phone got stollen and i reported this the same day. On 28/01 i went for a sim swap and the agent advised me that the phone is still not black listed, he send a fax in order for Cell C to black list the phone. 29/01 I called them to cancel the black listing as some one was using the phone and the lady using the phone was going to meet a friend and we were gonna asked her to hand the phone over. plan didnt work so I called Cell C again today 05/02 and the agent informed me the phone is black listed what i cant understand is that someone is using the phone from day 1. The agent told me that the phone is listed yet my friends are on BBM with the person who has my phone my BBM pin 27A57562 he first told me the phone was black listed on 26/01/ but the phone was stollen on 27/01. the phone is not listed they send me ITCref no 13305598 stating that my cell phone no is blacklisted and not hand set. It seems that they dont know the differance between a handset and a cell number. The handset is still not blacklisted as they claim who is lying to who. I am not happy with their service i called at 09:34am 2day and the agent told me his supervior will call she didnt 14:01
