In April 2013 my son was robbed of his phone at Gun point in Midrand, I immediately phoned vodacom customer care to have the phone black listed and the sim card blocked, to my suprise this year I was pagging through my whatsApp contacts only to find the number is still in use by another person. today 08 Jan 2014 I phoned customer care again to verify why the number wasn't blocked, and this person wants me to ask my son how much airtime he had on the phone before it was, as a parent I cannot put my son back in the same traumer he experienced last year. And why do we rica if people can still use numbers they have not rica for.
