Contacted MWEB at the beginning of November to change from capped to uncapped. When changing over was not told that we need to change user name and password, we then ran out of cap so it took 2 days to sort out for a new user name and password.
Now we are receiving a bill for capped and uncapped, why would a person want capped and uncapped and if we are paying for both why would we have to change our user name and password.
At the first point of changing over all this information should have been given and now im out of pocket because of not all information given.
