Upgraded my Red Bull Mobile contract on Monday the 22nd of July to a Samsung Galaxy S3 - this was very reluctantly due to the fact that I could not choose a handset of my choice, despite me wanting to pay in any cash difference.
Then, I enquired about the Samsung Nexus, just to be told they don't supply that phone. At all. Huh? But why advertise it on the website?? Anyway, settled for a Galaxy S3, just to be disappointed again, as - once again - advertised on the RBM website, the model of S3 that should be supplied, is supposed to be the LTE (4G) version. I received the 3G version. Naturally I enquired the next day (23rd), just to be told they've never had the 4G version before. Huh? Again, why advertise it on the website if yo can deliver???
Sadly, I sense a NCA case pending...
