I opened a new data contract in December 2012 unfortunately due to incompetent staff there was a few slip-ups which was suppose to be rectified. Unfortunately up to date I still have not received any feedback or my external modem. I have dutifully paid my contract every month altho I don't have all the hardware. Every time i tried to get an answer the person helping me is not there or busy with a client (am I not a client?) and will call me back an i have never received even 1 phone call. Today 16 April 2013 they informed me that they are very busy thats why they can't phone back still am i not a client. Very disappointed will not renew my contract with them again. If I have a choice I would move now.
