Morning, i received a call from the customer care department last week Thursday the 28th February 2013 which regards to a new data contract for R45.00 a month for 500mb of data with free delivery of the modem. I accepted the contract, but to date i still have not received my modem as yet. I also have not had any feedback with regards to the delivery.
I just need to find out when it will be delivered. I have called the 084 145 number but i have to keep on holding for over 15 minutes and cannot do so all the time.
