I have complained on Hello Peter about two weeks ago about the Vodacom shop in Middelburg Mall making a mistake when I took out my contract. I'm paying for a 32gig iphone but I only have a 16gig. Vodacom contacted me and promised that the issue has been resolved. I got my account statement today and I'm still paying the same amount and no refund has been made to the account. Why am I still paying for somebody elses mistake? Please sort this out because the manager at the Middelburg Mall shop is rude and not helpfull. They made the mistake not me!!!
