Good day.
I have been having a hard time trying to sort out a payment I made at Voda Shop in Kolonnade towards my Vodacom contract.

I made a payment of R405 on the 06 September 2013 and my line was reconnected as the was any arrears amount. Then a week later I was getting smses from Vodacom saying that I need to make a payment of the same amount, I ignored them because I thought that maybe Vodacom had not updated the information. Then Vodacom blocked my line and that was when I called to find out why they did that.
That when they told me that the payment I made had been reversed and that I need to pay it in again. But I didn't understand because no payments had been reversed on my side.
So I went to my bank to check if perhaps the payment may have been reversed and the consultant assured me that it hadn't.

I went back to the Voda Shop to tell them and the manager ther said that I should fax my proof of payment AGAIN. Each time I faxed and emailed the proofs I would get and sms thanking me for the payement and the next day get a call from Vodacom asking me when I plan to pay my arrears.

I was sent back a forth by Vodacom and the Vodashop and it has been almost three (3) mon
