Damaged sim card (sim swop)

My sim card (0833114282) got damaged two months ago, i called the mtn call centre that is 173 number and i spoke to the lady by the name of Jenny Haripershad she asked me three questions of which i answered correctly except of the last one which she said i must give her the last three numbers that i called, i gave her numbers and she said she cant pick any of the numbers and she said i must call later again after i remembered the numbers, i called again and i spoke to another lady by the name of Lionel Moodley and she said i answered two questions correctly and she cant help me i requested that i spoke to their supervisor by the name of Evanson Ngcobo and he said he also can't pick the numbers i made for the past 30 days, i explained to him that i didnt make any call in the past 30days because my sim card got damaged for the past 2 months that is 60 days and still i wasn't helped, i explained to him that ive been using that nimber for the past 10years and i have registered celphone banking using that sim card but still he didn't solved my problem instead he told me to go the police station and make an affidavit stating that my sim card is damaged (no longer working)
