My name is Lesego Kgoadi on the 1st of Nov 2013 I went to Wonderboom Mall at Pick n Pay to buy groceries which included bleach which was sealed in a plastic. Apparently it was leaking and it damaged my new black jacket. I only realised when I got home that my jacket has been damaged. I had to put everything on hold including my plans for the day and go back the following day, which was on the 2nd of Nov 2013 and had to use my own petrol. When I got there I spoke to this wonderful lady at customer service who was pregnant and called his manager. I then explained everything to him and he told me to get the jacket quotation from where I bought it. I had to go to Mr Price and they managed to give me the quotation. Took it back to Pick n Pay, I was told they would refund me for my jacket and gave me another bottle of bleach. I was asked to write my contact numbers behind the quotation and he will call me within two days. What DISAPPOINTS me is they haven't called me or keep me informed about the whole deal. I still need to go back there using my own petrol AGAIN. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES?
