Replacing damaged petro card

I have damaged the strip on my petrocard. I phoned the enquiries number from the internet, explained my problem and got the reply "what is the problem" - fail 1. I phoned my nearest branch - Hyde Park - was told they can't replace it on a call in basis and I must phone the number on the back of the card - note no offer to give me the number. I phoned the number on the back of the card 012 317 3007. I told the story of the damaged strip to the lady on the phone. She asked what the problem was. I explained about the damaged strip again. She then asked if the card was lost or. At this point I gave up. I have contacted FNB to open an account with them.
